Why yesterday was freaking awesome:
- Due to the rainy weather I let myself sleep in. Usually I can’t sleep after the sun rises, but since it was so cloudy I didn’t get up until 10:30!
-After waking up Pat and I made killer breakfast. He made the best hash-browns I’ve ever had, and after realizing we had no pancake mix I winged some chocolate chip flaxseed pancakes that turned out pretty great. I like adding flax to unhealthy things like pancakes because it makes me feel less guilty about eating them.
- Handsome Dan, Kathy, Pat, Curtis and I all went to Riverside park and shot some hoops. Since it was so rainy everyone kept falling all over the place when they tried to run. I have found that when I play basketball (Dan, Kathy, and I try to play every Saturday) all I do is giggle and squeal. Yesterday I was surprisingly good though, making baskets and shit. So much fun.
-After getting all wet I went to Wegmans. I have never seen Wegmans so crowded. Anyway I ran into a friend who I’ve been wanting to hang out with, but did not have her number. We meant to exchange digits at the last Lemuria show, but I left before we got to.
-I took Chelthree on a hot date to see Up. WOW! I loved it so much. The characters were awesome, the story was awesome, the animation was awesome. Pixar doesn’t ever fuck up. They always make such great films. They also always make kindof melancholy films, and I’ll be the first to say - I have cried in Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Wall-E, and now this. I probably cried in A Bug’s Life too, but I just can’t remember.
Why today is awesome:
-I got an apartment!
